2024 MILEAGE - 3280.5
Over the last couple of years, I've become a great fan of the program Music by Request, streamed each weekend on Interlochen Public Radio, and listening to it each Saturday morningias an inviolable part of my schedule. Since my gout persists, and I am uncomfortable with the thought of trying to ride outside right now, I climbed onto our stationary cycle this morning and rode for an hour while listening to Music by Request. (I have, in the past, listened to it during an outdoor ride many times, as well.)
This gave me a ride today of 11.5 virtual miles in 1:00.
