Late this afternoon, I did an indoor ride while watching 4 episodes of Frasier, feeling extreme gratitude for the indoor stationary cycle that Michelle got for us several years ago. Winter has now descended firmly upon us, with both snow and bitter cold. (Right now, at 6:00 p.m., it's 30°, with a wind-chill ["feels like"] of 22°. As well, darkness has by now arrived in full force.)
This gave me a ride today of 19.9 virtual miles in 1:41.
