2024 MILEAGE - 3225.5

As gout, from which I suffered in 1997 and then again several weeks ago, returned to me beginning Friday night, I did not ride over the weekend, as the pain is centered in the joint of my left big toe. Today, I did a gentle indoor ride, not pushing it too hard, while watching the movie Apollo 13.

This gave me a ride today of 23.0 virtual miles in 2:14.
