After taking the day off yesterday (and still avoiding outdoor rides for now due to my gout), I did an easy ride inside today while watching three episodes of Frasier, a television comedy that Michelle and I have been binge-watching during evenings of recent weeks.

This gave me a ride today of 13.5 virtual miles in 1:13.
