With a busy day ahead, including early church this morning and then driving to Lansing this afternoon for my son John's choir concert, I decided to get my ride done early, and began pedaling about 4:45. This allowed me to finish a ride (while watching five episodes of Frasier) just before 7:00 a.m .
This gave me a ride today of 23.5 virtual miles in 2:06.
